How to Use
Take one spoonful (8 g) of Propolia Vital Energy Honey with Royal Jelly and Ginseng every morning, preferably on an empty stomach, for one and a half months (three jars). Eat it on its own, mixed into a warm drink or spread on a slice of wholemeal bread. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Close the jar well after each use and store away from heat and humidity.
