Paris Pharmacy accepts returns on unopened products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
Opened hygiene products (creams, serums, masks, oral-care items) are not eligible for return except in the case of damage, incorrect delivery, or quality issues. This is both a health safety standard and a French pharmacy regulation.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are replaced at no cost. Email contact@parispharmacy.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Replacements ship within 1 business day of photo confirmation.
Refunds issued to credit cards typically post within 3 to 10 business days of processing, depending on your bank. Refunds to PayPal post within 1 business day. Shipping charges on the original order are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Generally no. French pharmacy hygiene standards mean opened creams, serums, and oral-care items cannot be resold. Exceptions: products that arrived damaged, or quality issues we can confirm by photo. Email us and we will review case by case.

We are sorry to hear that. Email us with a photo of the reaction and your order number. While opened hygiene products are generally non-returnable, we handle genuine reaction cases individually and will often refund or replace as a goodwill gesture.

We require original packaging for resale compliance. A damaged outer box is fine, but we cannot accept returns without the inner product packaging (the tube, jar, or box the product came in).

We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. After that, your bank takes 3 to 10 business days to post the refund to your card. PayPal and Apple Pay refunds are near-instant.

For unopened products, yes. Email us your order number and the product you would like instead. If it is in stock and the same price, we ship it out as soon as your original return arrives. Price differences are settled by invoice or refund.

No. We email you a prepaid return label. The only exception is international returns (Canada, Mexico, UK), where we deduct the carrier cost from your refund.
