Paris Pharmacy ships each order from our fulfillment partner in California or in Paris, depending on the item. Paris holds the full French pharmacy catalog and backs up California when an item is out of stock there.
Standard US shipping is free on orders over $100*. Orders below $100* ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Expedited options are offered at checkout for time sensitive orders.
Large or heavy orders may carry a small additional charge, shown at checkout.We do not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or US territories outside the 50 states. We ship worldwide. US orders ship DDP: duties and taxes are paid upfront. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes on delivery, charged by the carrier.
Returns and refunds
30 days to change your mind.
If a product is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery at contact@parispharmacy.com with your order number. We send a prepaid return label. Once your return is received by our fulfillment partner, refunds process within 5 business days.
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened hygiene items such as creams and used serums are not eligible for refund unless they arrived damaged. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we replace it at no cost. Just send a photo within 7 days.

How long does US shipping take?
3 to 5 business days from California or 5 to 10 business days from Paris, depending on the item. Transit time begins once your label scans, usually within one business day of ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see the options and rates for your country. US orders ship DDP: duties and taxes are paid upfront, nothing to pay at delivery. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes on delivery, charged by the carrier.
Will I pay customs or import fees?

Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order has not yet shipped, email contact@parispharmacy.com with your order number and the new address. Once the label has scanned, we cannot reroute.
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Email us for a prepaid label.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email contact@parispharmacy.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We ship a replacement at no cost and handle the carrier claim on our side.
When will my refund arrive?
Refunds process within 5 business days of your return being received by our fulfillment partner. Your bank then takes 3 to 10 business days to post the refund, depending on your card issuer.
