Paris Pharmacy operates from two warehouses. Our Norco, California facility holds our US best sellers. Our Paris, France warehouse holds the full French pharmacy catalog. Your order is automatically routed from whichever warehouse gets your items to you fastest.
Standard US shipping is free on orders over $100.* Orders below $100 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Expedited options are offered at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
*Large or heavy orders may carry a small additional shipping charge, always shown transparently at checkout before you pay.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or US territories outside the 50 states. International orders (Canada, Mexico, UK) ship DDP with all duties prepaid.

30 days to change your mind.
If a product is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery at contact@parispharmacy.com with your order number. We send a prepaid return label. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, refunds process within 5 business days.
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Sealed hygiene items (opened creams, used serums) are not eligible for refund unless arrived damaged. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we replace at no cost. Just send a photo within 7 days.

3 to 5 business days from our California warehouse, 5 to 8 business days from Paris. Transit time begins once your label scans, usually within one business day of ordering.

Yes, we ship to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. All international orders ship DDP with duties prepaid. We do not currently ship to Australia, the EU outside the UK, or Asia.

No. Every international order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No surprise fees at delivery.

If your order has not yet shipped, email contact@parispharmacy.com with your order number and the new address. Once the label has scanned, we cannot reroute.

Email contact@parispharmacy.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We ship a replacement at no cost and handle the carrier claim on our side.

Refunds process within 5 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank then takes 3 to 10 business days to post the refund, depending on your card issuer.
