How do I know the products are authentic?

Is shipping fast?
Yes. US orders ship from our fulfillment partner in California or Paris, depending on the item, and arrive in 3 to 5 business days from California or 5 to 10 business days from Paris, tracked all the way.
Will I pay customs fees?
US orders ship DDP: duties and taxes are paid upfront, nothing to pay at delivery. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes on delivery, charged by the carrier.
What if I do not like the product?
You have 30 days to return unopened products for a full refund. We send a prepaid label. For damaged or incorrect items we replace at no cost.
