We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined under California Civil Code Section 1798.140 (race, religion, health, biometric data, precise geolocation, sexual orientation, and similar). If sensitive personal information is provided voluntarily (for example, in a message to our support team regarding a skin condition), we process it only to the extent necessary to respond to your inquiry.

- If you have opted in, to send marketing email or SMS about products, promotions, and company news. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every marketing email, or by replying STOP to SMS.
- To improve the site and catalog: understand which products are viewed and purchased, identify technical issues, and optimize the shopping experience.
- To prevent fraud: verify suspicious orders, match payment data with shipping addresses, and block high risk transactions.
- To comply with legal obligations: tax reporting, customs declarations, product safety, and responses to lawful requests.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We do not share your personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not engage in targeted advertising that requires a CCPA opt-out signal or a universal opt-out (Global Privacy Control) response.
Retention periods
We retain each category of personal information only as long as reasonably necessary:
- Order data, payment references, and shipping records: 7 years, to satisfy US tax, customs, and audit obligations and equivalent EU requirements.

When the applicable retention period ends, we delete or anonymize your data, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, a legal hold).
Your rights under California law (CCPA and CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights, effective January 1, 2026 and onward:
- Right to know: request confirmation of whether we process your personal information, and access the specific pieces we hold.
- Right to delete: request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.

- Right to non-discrimination: we do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Your rights under GDPR and UK GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have:
- Right of access: to obtain a copy of the personal data we process about you.

- Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Legal bases we rely on: performance of the contract (order fulfillment and account management); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement, direct marketing to existing customers subject to opt out); consent (new marketing subscribers, non essential cookies); and legal obligation (tax, accounting, consumer protection).
Residents of other US states
If you reside in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law (including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, and New Hampshire), you have rights similar to the California and GDPR rights above, to the extent required by your state law. To exercise these rights, email contact@parispharmacy.com from the account associated with your order, and we will respond within the timeframes set by your state law (typically 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary).
How to exercise your rights
Email contact@parispharmacy.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and include your full name, email address used with our store, and the specific right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity (typically by matching the email to an existing order) and respond within 45 days. If we cannot verify your identity, we will say so and explain what additional information is needed. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; proof of authorization is required.
Cookies, tracking, and automated decisions
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site operation (cart, checkout, session), for analytics (Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics), and for marketing measurement (Klaviyo, Meta Pixel where enabled). You can manage your cookie preferences in our cookie banner. EU and UK visitors are asked for consent before non essential cookies are set. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to shop. We do not engage in solely automated decision making with legal or similarly significant effects.
Our site is configured to honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt out request for any applicable sale or share of personal information under California law, even though we do not currently sell or share data.
International transfers
Our fulfillment operations span the United States and France. Order data is transferred internationally as part of standard fulfillment. Transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to the United States rely on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, supplemented with additional safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, data minimization). A copy of the SCCs we rely on is available on request.
Children's privacy
Our site and products are not directed at children under 13 (in the United States) or under 16 (in the European Union, unless your national law sets a lower age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry standard safeguards: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on admin systems, segmented payment processing (card data never touches our servers), and regular security reviews by our platform providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and, where required, the relevant authorities within the timeframes set by law.
Notice of financial incentives
From time to time we run promotions that offer a discount or gift in exchange for a marketing subscription (for example, a welcome discount for new email subscribers). The value of the incentive is reasonably related to the value the subscription provides to our business. You may withdraw from the program at any time by unsubscribing.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy as our practices evolve or as law requires. Material changes are posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes trigger an email to active marketing subscribers.

Who we are
Paris Pharmacy is operated by Syncta LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Paris Pharmacy. Registered agent and principal office: Northwest Registered Agent, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Our US fulfillment partner operates in Norco, California; our European correspondence office is at 13 rue Vandrezanne, 75013 Paris, France. Contact: contact@parispharmacy.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to place orders. If you order on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have authority to bind that business. The site and products are not intended for customers in jurisdictions where their sale or use would violate applicable law.
Orders and pricing
- Product prices on the site are listed in United States dollars by default. If your storefront displays another currency, the final charge is processed in United States dollars unless the destination country forces local currency conversion; your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or inventory errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than fulfill at the erroneous price.
- Orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable between order placement and fulfillment, we notify you and refund the out of stock item.
- Promotional codes and discounts are not combinable unless explicitly stated, have expiration dates, and may be revoked at our discretion if abused.
- Quantity limits may apply to prevent resale or stock depletion, disclosed at the product page or checkout.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or the relevant wallet provider. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including applicable taxes, duties, and shipping.
Shipping, duties, and delivery
See our Shipping Policy for complete details. Summary: we ship worldwide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Your order total already includes all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, and you pay nothing at delivery. Orders to the United States ship in 3 to 5 business days from our US fulfillment partner in Norco, California. Orders that originate from our Paris fulfillment partner, whether destined for Europe or elsewhere internationally, ship in 5 to 10 business days.
Returns and refunds
See our Return and Refund Policy for complete details. Summary: 30 day return window for unopened products in original packaging, free United States return shipping on eligible returns, free international return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect product cases, and a 14 day statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions that recognize it, in compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
Product information and disclaimers
We source every product directly from French pharmacy grade suppliers and verify authenticity through batch codes and supplier documentation. All products sold on our site are the French market formulation, not reformulated export versions. Color, texture, and appearance may vary slightly between batches.
Skincare and beauty products affect individuals differently. We recommend a patch test before routine use. Information provided on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a dermatologist, pharmacist, or physician for concerns about your skin or health.
Expert review: some product descriptions include commentary from our consulting esthetician. That commentary is a professional opinion, not personalized medical advice.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, structure, code) is owned by Syncta LLC or used with permission. Brand names, logos, and trademarks of the products we resell belong to their respective owners and are used under the first sale doctrine and equivalent international principles. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our original content without written permission.
User accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to bypass security or access areas not intended for public use.
- Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools on the site without written permission.
- Resell products obtained from Paris Pharmacy commercially without our written wholesale agreement.
- Post false reviews, impersonate others, or interfere with other customers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syncta LLC, its members, officers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the products is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or 100 United States dollars. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
Warranties
Products are sold as authentic and in the condition described. We do not warrant that a product will produce a specific outcome on your skin or hair; individual results vary. We pass through manufacturer warranties where they exist, without modification. Except as stated, products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section affects statutory consumer warranties (including the EU consumer goods guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771) that apply mandatorily in your country of residence.
Dispute resolution
Informal resolution first: before starting any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at contact@parispharmacy.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes are resolved at this step.
Binding arbitration, limited scope: any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the site, (b) your payment for or purchase of products from Paris Pharmacy, or (c) the provision of products and services to you by Syncta LLC, that is not resolved informally within 30 days, shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures then in effect. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or, at your election, by telephone or video. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise under applicable law. This arbitration agreement is limited to the specific scope set out above. For California resident customers, this scope complies with California Senate Bill 82 (effective January 1, 2026), which limits consumer arbitration agreements to the use, payment, or provision of the goods or services purchased.
Class action waiver: you and we agree that each may bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Small claims alternative: either party may bring an individual action in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction (typically your local county court) instead of arbitration, if the claim qualifies.
EU, UK, and other consumer jurisdictions: if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction where mandatory consumer law grants you a right to bring a claim in your local courts, the arbitration provision above does not restrict that right. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence (including, for California residents, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and SB 82; and for EU residents, Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, known as Rome I) continue to apply to the extent required.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are posted with an updated "Last updated" date. For existing customers with an active account or a pending order, material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Entire agreement, severability, assignment
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, the Return and Refund Policy, and the Legal Notice constitute the entire agreement between you and Syncta LLC regarding the site and your purchases. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
