Return and Refund Policy

30 day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Unopened products in their original, unbroken seal are eligible for a full refund. Because skincare and personal care products affect hygiene and safety, opened products are only eligible for refund in the specific cases described below.

European Union and United Kingdom statutory withdrawal right

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that recognizes a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and equivalent national laws. Our 30 day return window described above applies on top of this statutory minimum and extends it. To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, email contact@parispharmacy.com with your order number and an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. A withdrawal form template is available on request.

What qualifies for a refund

• Unopened products in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery: full refund to your original payment method.
• Damaged in transit: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the outer box. We ship a free replacement within 1 business day; no return required.
• Wrong product received: we cover the return shipping and ship the correct item. We send a prepaid return label.
• Quality issue or adverse reaction: reviewed case by case. Contact us with your order number and photos where relevant.
• Statutory withdrawal (EU, UK, EEA): full refund of the purchase price and original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, as required by Directive 2011/83/EU.

What does not qualify

• Opened or used products, except for the quality issue, adverse reaction, and damaged in transit cases above.
• Gift cards.
• Final sale items, clearly marked at the time of purchase.
• Items returned after the 30 day window has closed (the 14 day statutory withdrawal window still applies to EU and UK consumers).
• Products that have been tampered with or where the security seal is broken, except in the cases above.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@parispharmacy.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and drop the package at the carrier location we specify.
4. We process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Return shipping costs

United States customers: return shipping is free for all eligible returns; we provide a prepaid label.

International customers: we provide free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect product cases. For all other international returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping; we recommend a tracked service. Duties and taxes that were prepaid at checkout under our worldwide DDP program are refunded together with the product price on eligible returns.

EU and UK statutory withdrawals: under Directive 2011/83/EU, the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. We provide instructions and, on request, a prepaid label with the cost deducted from your refund.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer then takes 3 to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. PayPal refunds typically post within 1 to 3 business days. For EU and UK statutory withdrawals, the full refund (purchase price plus original standard shipping) is issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, by the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.

Refunds for partially shipped orders

If part of your order ships and part is later canceled before fulfillment, we refund the canceled portion automatically within 5 business days. No action is needed on your end.

Price adjustments

If a product you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order, email us for a one time price match refund of the difference.
