Yes, 100 percent. We source directly from French pharmacy-grade suppliers. Every product has the intact French-market barcode, authentic batch code, and at least 18 months shelf life when leaving our warehouse. We never buy from gray-market resellers, auction sites, or third-party marketplaces.

Yes. We carry the French-market version of every product, not a reformulated export version. That matters: for example, A313 retains its clinical retinyl palmitate concentration, and La Roche-Posay formulas keep their full selenium-rich Thermal Spring Water.

We carry what French dermatologists and pharmacists recommend for daily use. La Roche-Posay, Vichy, Bioderma, Avene, Caudalie, SkinCeuticals, NUXE, Ducray, Mustela, Klorane, and roughly 15 more. Our co-founder, a licensed esthetician, reviews every SKU before it enters the catalog.

Not at the moment. We focus on skincare, sun care, hair care, and oral care. The French pharmacy category that dermatologists back clinically.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments process through Stripe with full PCI compliance. We never see or store your card details.

Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, the global leader in online payments. We do not store card numbers on our servers. Your data is protected by industry-standard TLS encryption end to end.

If your order has not yet shipped, email contact@parispharmacy.com with your order number and your request. We will do our best. Once the label has scanned with the carrier, we cannot modify or cancel.

Yes. Digital gift cards are available at the footer of our site, delivered by email and redeemable for any product in the catalog.

3 to 5 business days from our California warehouse. 5 to 8 business days from our Paris warehouse. Most orders ship within one business day of placement.

Free on US orders over $100.* Below $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. Expedited options are always offered. *Large or heavy orders may carry a small additional charge, always shown at checkout.

Yes, to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. All international orders ship DDP with all customs duties prepaid. No surprise fees at delivery.

No. The price at checkout is the final price. We handle customs on our side for every international shipment.

Yes. Tracking is emailed to you the moment your label scans with the carrier. Check your inbox and your spam folder if you cannot find it, or email us for a resend.

30 days from delivery. Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund. Email us for a prepaid return label.

Generally no, due to French pharmacy hygiene standards. Exceptions for quality issues or reactions are reviewed case by case. Email us.

We process within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank then takes 3 to 10 business days to post it to your card. PayPal is faster.

We already price below most US retailers on French pharmacy products. If you find a lower price on an identical, authentic, in-stock item from a direct competitor, email us with the link. We review case by case.
