Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Paris Pharmacy operates through two third party fulfillment partners:

  • United States: our US fulfillment partner in Norco, California. Fast domestic US transit.
  • France: our Paris fulfillment partner. Serves Europe and the rest of the world, and backs up the US warehouse when an item is out of stock in California.

Your order ships from whichever warehouse has the items in stock and delivers fastest to your address. Some orders are split across both warehouses; when that happens, you receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, at no extra cost to you.

Where we ship to

We ship worldwide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Rates, estimated duties, and taxes are shown at checkout based on your destination. Some destinations may be excluded at checkout when carrier availability, sanctions compliance, or product restrictions prevent shipping. If your country does not display a rate at checkout, email contact@parispharmacy.com and we will check for an exception option.

Transit times

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States and French national holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific Time on Friday or on weekends ship the following Monday. Transit times are estimates based on carrier service levels and are not guarantees; weather, customs clearance, and carrier capacity can add delays.

  • From our US fulfillment partner in Norco, California to United States addresses: 3 to 5 business days standard. Expedited options available at checkout.
  • From our Paris fulfillment partner, anywhere in the world (including the United States when stock is unavailable in California): 5 to 10 business days standard.

Handling time

Most orders ship within 1 business day of placement. Tracking numbers are emailed the moment the carrier scans your label, typically within 24 hours.

Shipping rates and the $100 free shipping threshold

Free United States shipping on orders of $100 or more (with asterisk). The asterisk is that large or heavy orders (typically those exceeding 10 pounds or containing oversized items) may carry a small additional shipping charge, always shown transparently at checkout before you pay.

Orders under $100 to United States addresses: standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination ZIP code, package size, and carrier rate.

International orders: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination country, package size, and the DDP terms described below.

Duties, taxes, and customs (worldwide DDP)

Every international order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees are calculated and prepaid at checkout. You pay nothing at delivery, and you do not need to file any customs paperwork.

This means:

  • No surprise fees collected by the carrier at your door.
  • No customs broker invoices after delivery.
  • No guesswork about local VAT or GST rates.

The elimination of the United States de minimis exemption in 2025 and the scheduled elimination of the EU de minimis threshold on July 1, 2026 (replaced by a €3 customs fee on consignments under €150) mean small international orders that were previously duty free are now subject to duty; our checkout reflects these changes as they take effect. Because we ship DDP, these changes have no impact on what you see at delivery: you pay the full landed cost once, at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your carrier label scans, typically within 24 hours of order placement. If you have not received tracking after 2 business days, check your spam folder or email us for a resend.

Delivery issues

  • Lost packages: if tracking shows no progress for 7 or more business days past expected delivery, email us. We file a carrier claim and reship or refund.
  • Damaged packages: email within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the outer box. We ship a free replacement within 1 business day.
  • Wrong address provided: if you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we reship at your cost. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address you provided, we cannot recover it, and no refund is due.
  • Marked delivered but not received: contact the carrier first (tracking often includes left at door photos). Then email us. We review case by case and file a carrier claim on your behalf.
  • Refused packages: returned to the originating fulfillment partner at your cost; any outbound shipping and DDP duties we incurred are deducted from the refund.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Each order ships to one address. To send to multiple recipients, place separate orders.

PO boxes and military addresses

We ship to United States PO boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Transit times may be slightly longer due to final mile routing.
