How to Use
Break off one bar of Propolia Organic Pure Chewing Propolis, about 1 g. Place it in your mouth, let it soften gradually, then chew it gently and keep it in your mouth until it breaks down. Adults: 1 g a day; children from 3 years old: 0.5 g a day, in one or two intakes. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Store away from heat and humidity.
