How to Use
Shake the bottle before use and remove the protective cap. Gently insert the nasal tip into one nostril and press the pump, then repeat in the other nostril. For daily nasal hygiene, use 1 to 2 sprays per nostril in the morning and evening; you can add more sprays as needed. To moisturize the nose, use 3 to 6 sprays per nostril a day.
