How to Use
Diffusion: put 5 to 8 drops in a diffuser for 15 to 20 minutes, morning and evening. Dry inhalation: place 1 to 2 drops on a handkerchief. On the skin: apply 2 to 3 drops to the chest, back or wrists, 3 to 4 times a day, for 5 days at most.
