How to Use
Shake before use and dilute Weleda Organic Sea Buckthorn Juice in a glass of water or fruit juice. Adults and teenagers from sixteen: three tablespoons a day, morning, noon and afternoon, with meals. Teenagers from twelve to sixteen: two tablespoons a day. Children from three to twelve: one tablespoon a day, preferably at breakfast. Keep refrigerated after opening and use within four weeks.
