How to Use
After exercise, apply Weleda Arnica Sport Massage Cream directly to the areas that worked hardest, such as the legs, back or shoulders. Massage with broad, slow strokes until the cream is absorbed. Use only on intact, unbroken skin. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae family.
