How to Use
On clean lashes with makeup removed, apply Talika Lipocils at the root of the upper and lower lashes with the foam tip, then sweep the brush upward along the full length. Let dry for one minute before applying mascara. Use morning and evening for a 28-day routine, then three to four times a week to maintain, and repeat the 28-day routine every three months.
