How to Use
On clean, makeup-free brows, apply Talika Eyebrow Lipocils Expert to the roots of the upper and lower brow hairs with the foam tip, then over the whole brow with the brush. Let it dry for one minute before applying brow makeup or mascara. Use it morning and evening for a four-week course, then three to four times a week to maintain the result, and repeat the course every three months.
