Solaray Vitamin C 1000 Two-Stage Release Tablets is a vitamin C dietary supplement that provides 1000 mg of vitamin C in each tablet, from natural ascorbic acid, rose hips and acerola. Its two-stage release frees about half of the vitamin C quickly in the stomach, then releases the rest gradually over about 12 hours.
