Puressentiel Pure Heat Gel for Muscles & Joints is a warming massage gel that gives an immediate, intense and long-lasting feeling of heat. It helps ease the feeling of stiffness and tension over large areas such as the back, arms and thighs, and with massage it helps the body relax. Puressentiel designed it for adults, in everyday life or as part of a sports routine.

How to Use
Apply a hazelnut-size amount of gel (1.2g) to the targeted area only, once a day at most, adjusting the amount to the warmth you want. Press with your fingers and massage for one to ten minutes. Wash your hands after use. Do not apply to the face or to damaged skin. For adults only, for occasional use. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse with a vegetable oil.
