How to Use
Use 2.5g a day, the amount Purasana recommends, which is about half a teaspoon. Stir it into 300ml of juice, rice drink or oat drink, or add a spoonful to a dressing, a sauce, pasta or a homemade tortilla. It can easily replace store-bought curry powder. Using turmeric with a healthy fat such as olive oil is a good habit. Close the pouch after each use.
