How to Use
Take 7g a day, the amount Purasana recommends, which is one serving. Add the powder to 250ml of water or to a yogurt, stir well and enjoy it at any time of day. For a smoother drink, use a shaker or let it rest a moment. After 10 to 15 minutes the fibers bind with the water and the drink turns into a thicker gel, which is normal. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Close the pouch after each use.
