How to Use
As a food supplement, take 1 to 2 drops of Pranarôm Clove Bud Essential Oil on a neutral support, such as a teaspoon of honey. Do not exceed 3 drops a day or 14 days of use. For skin use, always dilute it in a vegetable oil first, as it can irritate the skin. Ask a health professional for advice. Not for children under 6 years old.
