How to Use
For hair, apply the oil to dry hair two to three times a week, massaging it in from roots to ends. Cover with a warm towel, leave on for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then wash with shampoo. For nails, apply one drop to each nail every evening at bedtime and massage, focusing on the cuticles. For external use only: do not swallow. Keep out of the reach of young children and store away from heat and light.
