How to Use
As a food supplement, take 1 to 2 drops of Pranarôm Bergamot Essential Oil on a neutral support, such as a teaspoon of honey, twice a day. Do not exceed 4 drops a day. Ask a health professional for advice before use. This oil does not replace a varied, balanced diet. Not for children under 6 years old. Keep out of the reach of young children and store away from heat and light.
