Pranarôm Essential Oil of Organic Frankincense is a pure and natural essential oil distilled from the resin of Boswellia carteri, the frankincense tree. Used in rituals since antiquity, frankincense gives off a warm, resinous and slightly spicy scent that sets a calm atmosphere for meditation and moments of rest. This organic oil comes in a 5ml amber glass bottle and is used in diffusion or, diluted in a vegetable oil, in massage.

How to Use
For a massage, dilute a few drops of Pranarôm Frankincense Essential Oil in a vegetable oil, then apply locally. For meditation, Pranarôm suggests placing 3 drops on a burning charcoal disc, or use the oil in a diffuser. Never apply it undiluted to the skin and do not swallow it. Suitable from 6 years old. Keep out of the reach of children and store away from heat and light.
