How to Use
Start with one coat of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat on clean, dry nails. Shake OPI Nail Lacquer I'm Not Really a Waitress, then apply two thin coats to each nail, brushing a little color along the free edge to cap the nail. Finish with OPI Top Coat, also along the free edge. For a manicure that is dry to the touch in minutes, add one drop of OPI Drip Dry to each nail.
