Key Ingredients
OPI does not single out an active ingredient for this shade. The lacquer is built on nitrocellulose, a film former that creates the color layer on the nail, in a base of ethyl acetate and butyl acetate. Two red lake pigments and titanium dioxide give Dutch Tulips its pink-red color.

How to Use
Start with clean, dry nails and apply one coat of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat. Shake the bottle of OPI Nail Lacquer Dutch Tulips to mix the pigment, then apply two thin coats to each nail. Brush a little color along the free edge to cap the nail and help the color resist chipping. Finish with OPI Top Coat, also along the free edge. Use whenever you change your manicure, as often as every week.
