Apply Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Concentrated Hand Cream at least twice a day. Squeeze a single small dab, about the size of a hazelnut, onto clean, dry hands. Massage it over the backs of the hands, the palms, the fingers and around the nails until it is fully absorbed. One dab is enough for both hands.
