How to Use
Use Neutrogena Hydro Boost Triple Action Micellar Water in the morning and in the evening. Soak a cotton pad and sweep it gently over the face, the neck and the eyes, eye makeup included, until the pad comes away clean. There is no need to rinse. Follow with the rest of your Hydro Boost routine, such as a serum or a moisturizer.
