How to Use
Apply Neutrogena Concentrated Hand Cream Fragrance-Free at least twice a day, as Neutrogena recommends. One small dab is enough for both hands: warm it between the palms, then massage it into the backs of the hands, the fingers and the cuticles until it is fully absorbed. Use it morning and evening, or more often on very dry, chapped hands.
