Each daily serving of two plant-based capsules combines 250mg of a dry, concentrated extract of organic lemon balm with 150mg of Lactium, a milk protein hydrolysate, 130mg of marine magnesium, 3mg of zinc and 1.4mg of vitamin B6. How to Use
Take two capsules a day with a glass of water, after the evening meal, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. For adults and children over 12 only. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount, and respect the reference intakes if you combine several supplements. Not suitable if you are allergic to milk proteins. Keep out of reach of children. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
