How to Use
Take Naturactive Thyme Linalool Essential Oil by mouth: for adults, 5 drops a day, in 2 or 3 intakes, on honey, sugar or bread, or in a little edible vegetable oil. Never swallow it pure, and do not pour it directly into water, tea or herbal tea. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. It is reserved for adults. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and skin.
