How to Use
Take Naturactive Rosemary 1,8-Cineole Essential Oil by mouth: for adults, 2 drops twice a day, on honey, sugar or bread, or in a little edible vegetable oil. Never swallow it pure, and do not pour it directly into water, tea or herbal tea. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. It is reserved for adults. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and skin.
