How to Use
Take Naturactive Organic Fine Lavender Essential Oil by mouth: for adults, 2 drops twice a day, on honey, sugar or bread, or in a little edible vegetable oil. From age 12, children take 1 drop once a day. Never swallow it pure, and do not pour it directly into water, tea or herbal tea. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount or use it for long periods. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and skin, and keep out of reach of young children.
