How to Use
After each feeding, apply a small amount to clean nipples. Soften the cream between your fingers, then smooth it over the whole nipple. If needed, also apply a thin layer to the center of a breast pad. There is no need to remove the cream before the next feed. Lansinoh also suggests mixing a drop of breast milk with a small dab of cream for the most sensitive area. Use within one year of opening.
