How to Use
Brush the teeth with ELGYDIUM Multi-Actions 5-in-1 Gel Toothpaste after each meal, two to three times a day, for two to three minutes. Apply the gel to a soft toothbrush, brush every tooth and along the gum line, then spit out. Suitable for adults and children over 12 years old.
