How to Use
Apply EAFIT Ripped Max Toning Body Gel twice a day, morning and evening, using three pea-sized amounts each time, for at least 10 days. Massage into the abs, chest or thighs, ideally after a shower, and apply again after a workout if needed. For external use only. Do not swallow. Do not apply to sensitive or irritated areas, and do not use on children. Avoid the eyes and mucous membranes.
