How to Use
Brush DHC Eyelash Tonic evenly over the lashes, from root to tip. Apply it in the morning before makeup to protect the lashes all day, or in the evening before bed to condition them overnight. Once dry, apply mascara as usual. Avoid direct contact with the eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
