How to Use
Apply Charlotte Bio Silky Mattifying Face Primer to clean skin, after your moisturizer and before your makeup. With your fingertips, smooth a small amount over the areas you want to mattify and smooth, such as the forehead, nose and chin. Let it set for a few seconds, then apply your foundation, BB cream or CC cream, or wear the primer on its own for a smooth, matte look.
