How to Use
In the morning, apply Charlotte Bio Organic Concealer to a clean, moisturized eye area with the built-in brush: place it under the eye, at the inner corner, then at the outer corner. Blend with your fingertip or a makeup sponge. You can also dab it on small blemishes. Choose the shade closest to your skin tone, or one shade lighter for a brighter look.
