How to Use
Place a small amount of Charlotte Bio Mattifying BB Cream on the back of your hand, then apply it over the whole face. Spread it evenly with your fingertips or a flat brush. Wear it alone for an even, matte complexion, or apply a concealer on top to cover dark circles and small imperfections. If your skin is dry rather than oily, Charlotte Bio suggests its CC cream instead.
