How to Use
Give Calmosine Sleep about 30 minutes before bedtime, straight from the stick, from a spoon or diluted in a little liquid. From 1 to 7 years, give 1 stick a day; after 7 years, 2 sticks a day. Follow a two-week program. Store the sticks at room temperature and use each one right after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount and keep out of reach of children. A food supplement does not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
