Quies builds its ear care on simple, water-based formulas. Docuspray pairs sea salt and sodium bicarbonate, sources of marine trace elements, with polysorbate 80 to help loosen earwax. It uses a metered pump without propellant gas and needs no rinsing: tilt the head, let the liquid flow out and wipe with a clean tissue. Unlike cotton swabs, which push earwax deeper, the spray helps it flow out, and hearing aid wearers can use it once the aids are removed. For snoring, Quies relies on xanthan gum, a film-forming agent of natural origin obtained from sugar through the action of a bacterium, with glycerin, soy lecithin and vitamins E and B6.
